Deliver to subscription customers in a fixed area, mainly through unattended delivery.

Loading depot: Around 3-4 Shinkiba, Koto-ku, Tokyo
Delivery area: Edogawa-ku
Hours & availability: 7:00–around 21:00 / From 1 day a week; single-day assignments can be discussed
Responsibilities: Loading and delivering water and cartridges, operating a device, handling delivery paperwork and cash on delivery, and preparing daily reports.
Compensation: Piece-rate pay: JPY 350 per water delivery and JPY 180 per cartridge (excluding tax).
Main expenses: Royalty: normally 10% (15% during the trial period); administration fee: JPY 10,000 per month. Vehicle leasing, if needed: JPY 30,000 per month. Voluntary motor insurance: JPY 15,000–20,000 per month. Fuel, consumables and other expenses are borne by the contractor.

Responsibilities: Loading and delivering water and cartridges, operating a device, handling cash on delivery, and preparing daily reports. Carrying water containers weighing around 20 kg each is part of the work.
Compensation: Piece-rate pay: JPY 400–470 per water container and JPY 300 per cartridge (tax included). Water rates vary by conditions and are reviewed quarterly.
Main expenses: Royalty: 15% (17% if not registered under the qualified invoice system); administration fee: JPY 10,000 per month. Vehicle leasing, if needed: JPY 30,000–50,000 per month. Voluntary motor insurance: JPY 20,000–30,000 per month. Fuel, communication, maintenance and accident costs are borne by the contractor.

Shinkiba | Furniture & household goods delivery

No assembly or installation. Deliveries are mainly handed over in person.

Loading depot: Around Shinkiba, Koto-ku, Tokyo
Delivery area: Parts of Tokyo's 23 wards, Chiba Prefecture and Kanagawa Prefecture
Hours & availability: 6:30–around 21:00 / From 1 day a week; single-day assignments can be discussed
Responsibilities: Loading and delivering furniture and household goods, operating a dedicated device, handling cash on delivery, and preparing daily reports. Carrying goods up stairs is required; bring your own trolley.
Compensation: Piece-rate pay based on the item, with a maximum rate of JPY 1,300 per item (excluding tax). This maximum does not apply to every item. Item-specific rates are provided in writing before the contract.
Main expenses: Royalty: normally 10% (15% during the trial period); administration fee: JPY 10,000 per month. Vehicle leasing, if needed: JPY 30,000 per month. Voluntary motor insurance: JPY 15,000–20,000 per month. Fuel, consumables and other expenses are borne by the contractor.

Conditions & support for all four assignments

An ordinary driving licence is required (automatic-only licences accepted). No experience is needed. Water delivery drivers need their own smartphone; a dedicated phone is provided for the Shinkiba furniture assignment.
Discuss working from 1 day a week or a single day. Working days and assignments are arranged around your preferences.
During training only: guaranteed JPY 5,000 per day plus piece-rate pay.
Training takes around half a day to 1 day (up to 3 days). This applies to all 4 delivery assignments.
Regular work is paid on a piece-rate basis, with neither fixed pay nor a minimum guarantee. Listed rates are before expenses and other deductions.
No registration fee, joining fee or security deposit. The contract period, pay, expenses and other conditions are provided in writing or electronically before you sign.
Accounts close at the end of each month, with payment by bank transfer at the end of the following month. Advances can be discussed.
Income and resident taxes, national health insurance, national pension contributions and similar costs are borne separately by the contractor. Gross revenue differs from the amount remaining after expenses and taxes.
The contract lasts 1 year with automatic renewal. Termination requires 1 month of notice. Details, including the trial period, are provided in writing or electronically before you sign.
