Work includes battery swaps, collecting faulty scooters, deploying scooters and port operations. The loading warehouse is in Ota-ku, Tokyo, near the Tokyo Ryutsu Center, with additional bases in Adachi-ku and Suginami-ku. Work takes place at ports across Tokyo, and contractors can choose their area and hours. Battery swaps can be carried out on foot, by bicycle or by motorcycle; a car is preferable for collecting faulty scooters.
